Overview
Tax Free Wealth Plan LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency (firm NPN 21442325) appointed with 25 insurance companies and serving clients in all 50 states. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm or accounting firm. Information on this site is educational and is not investment, tax or legal advice.
How we are paid
If you buy an annuity through us, the issuing insurance company pays us a commission. You do not pay us a fee, and the commission does not change the contract's rate or terms.
Guarantees
Annuity guarantees are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured and are not insured or guaranteed by any federal government agency. State guaranty associations provide limited protection that varies by state.
Rates, crediting and examples
Rates, caps, participation rates and product features change and vary by state. Examples and calculator results on this site are hypothetical and for illustration only. Fixed index annuities are not an investment in the stock market or any index; index-linked interest depends on the crediting method and may be zero in some periods.
Taxes and withdrawals
Withdrawals are generally taxed as ordinary income, and withdrawals before age 59 and a half may be subject to a 10% IRS penalty. Withdrawals above the free amount during the surrender period may be subject to surrender charges and a market value adjustment.
Suitability
Whether an annuity is right for you depends on your age, finances, goals and needs. A licensed professional must review your situation before any recommendation. The contract and its disclosure documents govern.
Privacy and contact
We never sell your information. See our privacy policy, or call (307) 323-4657.
